For this training experience it was ENLIGHTENING, to say the least. I loved how the three trainers(Mike,Kate & Sharon) all had various takes on the Xtreme Lash business, they come from different areas and have different personality styles and styles of teaching but one thing was common, their LASH APPLICATION TECHNIQUES were IDENTICAL!!! It proved to me that all I have to do is perfect the technique and I could be successfull too. It's all about practicing doing it RIGHT, so you have to be taught the correct way of applying from the beginning. The worse thing that could happen is to be taught WRONG and then practice WRONG!! I feel VERY confident that I was taught RIGHT and as a result I feel VERY confident about my future with Xtreme Lashes.

I also want to Thank You for your excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE staff. In a day and age where everything is done via the internet or automated phone services, it is refreshing to have a company like Xtreme Lashes that still values human connection. The staff was great in helping me get my kit and schedule the workshop. They follow up and do exactly what they say they will (imagine that!). I went into the office the day after the Workshop to order some additional products and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to Georgia who helped me get my order done quickly and with a SMILE!

I did a lot of research into different lash extension companies, as you know they are popping up all over the place. It was important to me to go with someone reliable, reputable, and someone that offered a training program worthy of my investment.From the first phone call just asking some basic questions to my actual order, I was treated like a V.I.P.

Moving on to my class, It was much more valuable than I had imagined, I highly recommend attending one before you begin integrating lash extensions into your service menu. My instructor , Amber Relis, was awesome. She really took time to help everyone individually, and lent us some very helpful tips and tricks you would never get from just reading the "how to".

I performed my first full set today, they turned out fabulous and I'm so excited to be doing the Xtreme Lashes eyelash extensions. (and after that class I did a really good job I must say!)

Having now been certified by both Novalash and Xtreme Lashes, I can clearly see the difference.  Not only is the Xtreme Lashes adhesive less viscous, it dries faster.  The venue in Ft. Lauderdale was beautiful.  The Hotel staff was very accommodating and the conference room itself immaculately displayed the products.  To my surprise you arranged massage beds for us so that we were mimicking a salon environment.  Unfortunately, at the Nova lash Workshop we put four or five chairs together to form a makeshift bed, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.  Since that was my premier experience with workshops I expected Xtreme Lashes to be just as informal.  I was delighted to see how formal the conference room was at the Xtreme Lashes workshop.  The room was set up with a continental breakfast, and the staff was continuously asking the trainer if anything was needed, which I loved.  Thanks for setting the bar so high.

I just wanted to express a sincere opinion about your product as one of the best things I have tried to enhance my looks. These past three years, I had realized that my age had finally manifested physically. I became more conscious of the changes and thought about a lot of self improvement (both physically as in outside appearance and being more health conscious as in exercising and eating habits). I have made some changes and one the things that continued to frustrate were my short lashes. I was always looking for the latest and the greatest volume and lengthening mascara on any given brand, some are better than others. When I heard of this eye lash extension process, I really got excited and started checking with make-up artists. Surprisingly, Renee called me one day and updated me on things she is involved in these days; Not only was she going into aesthetic medicine but also doing Xtreme Lashes. I immediately made an appointment for lashes to attend an upcoming wedding. I was very impressed because the lashes were so natural looking my boyfriend did not even notice, and, (I was not wearing any of the mascara products) he kept staring at my eyes. People unfamiliar with lash extensions thought that I had naturally long lashes.

This is the third session I've done and I'm learning everyday on how to maintain them so they last longer. I recommend Xtreme lashes to anyone who wants to enhance their looks. I believe that eyes express the beauty within you. I guarantee you will notice more appreciative looks from other people. If I had a budget to follow, I'd rather have lash extensions than a manicure or pedicure.

I recently attended the International Beauty show in New York City and I was surprised to see how many vendors were selling and demonstrating eyelash extensions. But what surprised me the most was to see that everyone was doing it wrong! There may have been 15 booths demonstrating and not one technician (if you can call them that) was wearing magnifiers, none of the people were taped properly and no one had sufficient lighting! It is companies like these that can really bring our industry down. By improper application all of these customers will have negative effects to their lashes and spread bad news about eyelash extensions. When I approached the Xtreme lashes booth I was so confident and proud to know this is the company I chose for training and work with! It was great to see Noor, my trainer, and to let her know that I'm very busy doing lashes and that she did an excellent job training me! I've been so excited about this company and now that I've seen the others I definitely know that I've made the right choice!

I especially like the cleanliness of the area we trained in.  Very relaxing atmosphere.

Eva was an exceptional trainer she had maximum patience and helped us tremendously with the hands on portion.  She made you feel very comfortable and at ease.  She also did a nice job with the lecture portion as all of our questions were answered.  Dani was also a very patient instructor.  She made you feel extremely comfortable and was very helpful as well as we were trouble shooting through our hands on portion.

Lecture Portion:  Was very well done and the folder was extremely helpful.  It was nice not to have to take notes knowing that everything was already written down for us.  Therefore, our time was well spent focusing on the lecture itself and absorbing as much as possible.

Trainer Demonstration:  Well done , well organized and extremely helpful.  It was also nice to repeat the demonstration twice as it really cemented the set-up and organization well.

Hands-on Portion:  Extremely fun, and the confidence level achieved by the end of the session was remarkable!!!!!!

Overall Experience:  Absolutely Excellent!!!!!!

Both instructors were excellent personable and extremely patient!!!!  We were lucky to have such nice to people to work with!!!!

The trainer demonstration was exceptional.  Eva took the time to make sure that all the application process was understood.  Took time to answer all our questions.  From her enthusiasm it was obvious she believe in the product and her profession. The hands on portion was great.  It was the best part of the training.  It all came together and I can't wait to work on my first client.  I feel the experience was worthwhile.  After gaining experience in the process, I would like to have the opportunity to teach others. At first I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about the training, but once I was there all of my worries were behind me. 

I do not regret anything about the training.  Once I completed my application of lashes on one of the students, I was ready to do another set.  That is how much I enjoyed the class.  I am so excited about this new art procedure that I have learned that I would love to continue my education in this field.  I am definitely not going to stop here, I plan on working with this company for a very long time.  Before the training I did some serious research on ALL of the eyelash extension company's and there is no other company out here that can compare to Xtreme Lashes.

Excellent training, couldn’t imagine applying the lashes without it.  Johnyee was great and gave us a lot of helpful tips.

I was in Class 3/26 and I just wanted to say WOW.... I was amazed at the professionalism of Mike and Sharon and their passion for the product. No question was left un-answered. And everything was explained to the greatest detail.

I really loved the hands on training of the class and the time that each instructor spent with us making sure that we understood what we were doing and that we were comfortable with our application of product.

As soon as I made it home I had to run to the salon to show off my new lashes and I've already lined up everyone at work so I will have much needed practice before introducing ''Xtreme Lashes'' to the public!
