Platinum kits will provide you only the basic information needed
to successfully apply eyelash extensions. This training aid is NO SUBSTITUTE
for Xtreme Lashes™ live, comprehensive, hands-on eyelash extension training to
advance your technique and accelerate your learning curve in semi-permanent
eyelash extension application. This is why Xtreme Lashes™ requires the
purchase of the Training and Certification Workshop in order to purchase our
premium Gold and Platinum Kits. |

| Note: Attendance in the Xtreme
Lashes™ Eyelash Extension Training and Certification Workshop
is limited to licensed persons in the beauty, health, medical and dental
industries. After registering for the class, we kindly ask you to fax a

with you to the Workshop. If you are not a licensed professional but believe

Xtreme Lashes™
Training and Certification Workshop:
This is a nine hour comprehensive hands on eyelash extension training workshop.
This workshop is taught by highly skilled instructors who are experts in
eyelash extension application. It is fun and intense. In this workshop, you
will learn basic and advanced techniques on the art of eyelash extension
application. You will gain invaluable tips and time-saving techniques to make
your applications more efficient and effective. |

Refund Policy:
There is a non-refundable charge of £100 should you CANCEL your workshop MORE
THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date. |
|
| If you cancel your workshop WITHIN 1 (one) to 7 (seven)
days prior to your scheduled workshop date, a non-refundable charge of £150
will apply. |
|
| If you do not cancel your workshop prior to the workshop
date – we will not be able to refund any of your workshop fee. |
|
Rescheduling:
Should you need to reschedule your workshop for any reason MORE THAN seven (7)
days prior to your scheduled training date you may do so free of charge. Should
you need to reschedule your workshop for any reason WITHIN one (1) to seven (7)
days prior to your scheduled training date, a non-refundable charge of £75 will
apply. If you do not reschedule prior to the workshop date it will be
considered a cancellation if you do not attend and we will be unable to refund
any of your workshop fee. |

Workshop or private tutoring is the first step to becoming a Certified Xtreme

with your Xtreme Lashes Workbook during training. Once you have performed

submit it along with the specified ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos to apply for
